Wedding and Special Event Cakes

Gluten-free products are notoriously expensive and not always the best tasting. You can make a great tasting cake if you are willing to put in a little time and effort to create things yourself. 

We are not professional bakers and yet in No Hassle Gluten-Free Wedding Cakes we were able to create this multiple layered Orange Wedding Cake that would serve around 60 (or more depending on how the cake is cut) for less than $66.00.

We priced the cake in November 2013 with several bakers around the Portland, Oregon area. We found that it would have cost us at least $280 for a similar cake (may not have tasted as good as this one or included decorations and delivery!) plus delivery.
