Unlike many North American coleslaw recipes, the traditional Russian Coleslaw does not wilt nearly as quickly. The crisp veggies and light dressing make it tasty and crunchy significantly longer! Perfect for potlucks or leftovers!

Zucchini Latkes are easy to make and tasty. This basic recipe can be used to make a wide variety of latkes which are great for breakfast and any other meal!

Pea and Bean Soup can be made with any number of broths, veggies, and even proteins. Fast, easy, and nutritious!

Winter Squash Medley makes an excellent side dish and can be made with a wide variety of materials. Very tasty and low sugar!
